Pediatric Dentistry
Medical studies in 1980 at the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Completed the 3rd year of Medicine in 1983. Started the 4th year of the
School of Dental Medicine in Lisbon in 1983. Graduated in Dental Medicine in July 1986.
Since graduating in 1986, she has worked as a dentist in pediatric dentistry in private practice.
Teaching Career
She began her teaching career at the Lisbon School of Dental Medicine as a pediatric dentistry tutor in October 1986.
In 1991 she became an assistant lecturer in Preventive Dentistry at the Faculty of Dental Medicine of the University of Lisbon. She was a lecturer at this faculty until
October 2010.
