Who is the data controller?
The entities responsible for processing personal data are GÉNIO DO SORRISO – CLÍNICAS DENTÁRIAS, LDA, (The Lisbon Smile Clinic) and its Clients. Both decide which data is collected, the means by which it is processed and the purposes for which it is used. GÉNIO DO SORRISO – CLÍNICAS DENTÁRIAS, LDA, is contracted by its clients and collects and processes data only in accordance with their instructions.
